Day 1, Sunday (Sergiev Posad-Pereslavl-Zalessky-Suzdal)

08:00-10:00 Drive to to Sergiev Posad (70 km from Moscow) Sergiev Posad ( main Orthodox center of Russia) grew in the 15th century around one of the greatest Russian monasteries, St. Sergius Lavra established by Saint Sergius of Radonezh. Town status was given to Sergiev Posad in 1742.
10:00 -12:00 Visits to St.Sergius Lavra, cathedrals
12:15 -13:30 Time for lunch (payable on spot, or we may offer lunch in local restaurant or monastery).
14:00 -15:30 Drive to Pereslavl-Zalessky( 69 km from Posad) (This ancient town, was established by famous Prince Yuri Dolgoruky in 1152 on the Plescheevo Lake. Famous Prince Alexander Nevsky who defeated German knights in Chudskoe Lake, was born here. In 17th century Russian Tsar Peter the Great built his first amusing ‘fun flotilla’, his little boat, which was the beginning of Great Russian fleet. Now there is a museum ‘Peter’s little boat’.

18:00 -20:00 Drive to Suzdal (2 hours driving from Pereslavl).

Day 2, Monday (Suzdal)

10:00 -14:00 City tour including visit to Suzdal Kremlin dated from 10th century, Cathedral of the Nativity (World Heritage site, originally constructed during the reign of Vladimir Monomakh during the late of 11th century).Visit to Open Air museum of Wooden Architecture (all ancient wooden buildings, churches, utility rooms were moved in one place from different villages of Suzdal dictrict. It look like a village with different kinds of buildings).
14:00-15:00 Time for lunch (payable on spot).
15:30-16:00 Visit to Church of Boris and Gleb in Kideksha (1125), former residence of Prince Yuri Dolgoruky
16:15-17:00 Visit to local market in Suzdal. Free time Overnight in Suzdal
Day 3, Tuesday ( Suzdal-Vladimir-Moscow

09:30 -10:30 Check out and drive to Bogolubovo (33 km from Suzdal)
10:45 -12:15 Visit to the Church of Intercession of the Holy Virgin of the Nerli River. There is an opinion that it was built in 1162 by Prince Andrei Bogolubsky. It’s a symbol of medieval Russia. It’s included in UNESCO World Heritage List.
12:15-12:30 Drive to Vladimir (13 km from Bogolubovo)
12:30 -14:00 Arrival at Vladimir and sightseeing ( Vladimir was founded in 990 by Kiev Prince Vladimir Svyatoslavich and was fortified by Vladimir Monomakh in 1108. Modern Vladimir is a part of Golden Ring of ancient Russian cities and significant tourist center. There are 3 chief monuments: Golden Gate (1158), originally a tower over the city’s gate, Assumption Cathedral (in 1158 was designed as a sepulcher for grand princes, with the holy icon of Theotokos of Vladimir and painted by great Andrey Rublev and Daniil Cherny in 1408), St.Dimitrius Cathedral (built in 1194 as a private chapel of Vsevolod the Big Nest in the courtyard of his palace) . These 3 monuments are on the UNESCO World Heritage List

15:30-19:30 Drive to Moscow ( 196 km, abt. 4 hours)
19:30 Arrival in Moscow, check in hotel. Free time
