I wanted to write to you to let you know that our family, Meyer x (8) tok your DenRus St. Petersburg two day value excursion to your fine city on June 5&6 2007. We had some trepedation concerning your group because of the way Princess Cruises had worded their Russian information prior to our arrival. In fairness, Princess stated EXACTLY the same thing about shore excursions in Russia that you had been telling me via email...concerning the need for a visa etc. Unfortunately for a lot of tourists on the cruise ship, they probably already booked thru Princess....
NOW LET ME say: Your tour guide ANNA is a "gem", wonderful guide...Your excursion was "Fantastic": ... St. Petersburg (via DenRus) was the "highlight" of the Baltic Cruise, that included Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki, Gdansk, Tallinn and St. Petersburg.
Also our entire family really appreciated Pushkin Gift Shop souvenier shopping opportunity as part of the program. We made all our "Russian" purchases at that shop. And let me add that we checked values and "Pushkin" have the best values for the money...we found identical items elsewhere outside Russia and found them much higher priced.
Thanks DenRus for this consideration of your customers. I really can't compliment you enough for your tour, just let me add that if you want to use my name and email as a reference for your company here in the United States, please feel free to do so...WE ARE VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.
