Police:
In case anything happens to our passengers, which for any reason needs to be reported to the local police, while the passengers are participating in excursion programs arranged by DenRus, it is customary that our guides and employees shall always make the necessary contact with the police, escort the passengers to the police station, act as interpreters and stay with the passengers until the case has been locally brought to an end.

Our emergency 24-hour phone number is: (7-812) 915-1528. Anybody who needs to reach our cruise passengers scheduled to sail to St. Petersburg can call this number and leave a message and our employees shall deliver it as soon as the party has arrived in St. Petersburg.
Mailing:
The Russian postal system is slow and thus unreliable. DenRus provides for the use of all our cruise passengers a western mailing address which is located in Finland. We have a daily mail currier traveling both ways between our P.O. Box in Finland, and our office in St. Petersburg delivering the mail. It takes just about 5-6 working days to receive a normal letter from the USA. Note: Registered letters are known to take about 10-12 days.

There is no need for the customers and passengers of DenRus to look for an Internet Café in town, because we at DenRus are happy to offer you the opportunity to come and use our office equipment as much as you need, while visiting St. Petersburg under our arrangements.
