Activity level: Tivoli is totally accessible for wheelchair passengers, including some rides. The tour is suitable for disabled persons, however, it is a requirement that they have their own companion or helper along.

Transfer from your cruise ship port to the Tivoli Gardens. The tour will consist of a 2-hour walking tour inside the territory of Tivoli park under the guidance of our DenRus local guide. Tivoli, as the local Danish people call their old and dear amusement park, is located right at the heart of the city. It is in fact a world famous historical park and a landmark since it was opened on August 15, 1843, and it is today the second oldest amusement park in the world which has survived intact to the present day. The park itself is a beautiful, romantic park with colourful decorations, exotic feeling, oriental buildings, wide selection of rides and amusements, lanterns hanging in the trees that all combined create a unique atmosphere. Besides the rides, theatre, stages for performances, concert hall, amusements, a wealth of restaurants, it has also ages old traditions of its own, one of them  in the form of an original pantomime theatre dating back to 1874. And it is guaranteed that both old and young alike will find interesting entertainment -  rock concerts every Friday on the open air stage, or classical music, ballet and other international visiting performances continuously at the Tivoli Concert Hall, which has a gigantic aquarium forming the back wall of the foyer. Tivoli is a unique and unforgettable experience for al the foreigners who visit Copenhagen, and it is a definite “must place” of visit with its own atmosphere of old and traditional, as well as new and innovative.  At the end of the tour a private return transfer with our DenRus local guide back to the port.
