The Itinerary:
Wonderful, wonderful Copenhagen - the capital city of the kingdom of Denmark since 1417 - is a city in which the modern developments of the 20th century, far from spoiling the atmosphere of history and old world charm, have been blended with the older historical styles, buildings, landmarks and monuments to form a unique thriving and harmonious environment.

During this special escorted and narrated DenRus tour, which is the ideal introduction to Copenhagen, and especially for those who are happy to see the major sights without any extended walking required, you shall see all the main points of interest within the city limits, including the City Hall Square, Tivoli Gardens, the New Carlsberg Glyptotek, the National Museum, Christiansborg Castle - home of the Danish Parliament, the Old Stock Exchange, the residence of the Royal Family - Amalienborg Palace, the impressive and seriously unforgettably powerful Gefion Fountain, the Nyhavn (see the photo above) old harbour district and canal, which in the past  was a notorious seamen’s district, and, of course, the lonely Little Mermaid statue sitting on her rock - the diminutive heroin of Hans Christian Andersen’s story. During the centuries this little statue has become the world famous symbol of Copenhagen, and unless you have a photo of yourself with the Mermaid to show back at home, nobody will believe you that you have really been in Copenhagen. – At the end of the tour, return to your ship.
