Thank You for the 2009 Baltic Cruise Season!
Our sincerest Thank You for all those literally tens of thousands of international cruise guests we at DenRus were happy to receive during the 2009 season, which just ended for our company on the 18th of September, 2009, when we bid farewell to a few hundreds of our guests aboard the MV Emerald Princess, and waved them good bye.
We wish to thank you all for your choice to cruise the interesting Baltic Sea area, for allowing DenRus to be your chosen shore excursion provider in so many different Baltic ports, for all your kind and constructive letters, feedback, suggestions and recommendations, criticism, letters to our guides, forwarding and sharing your personal photos and videos with us… and most importantly for your countless referrals.
It was a good season, the best one ever so far, and we enjoyed being at your service. Please, do not forget that tourists visit Russia also in the winter, so why not consider returning for an extended stay covering other Russian cities, too. DenRus is here all year round.

For future guests of DenRus in 2010 Season
Since you are reading this, we understand that you have now found our popular website, or perhaps heard about our special high quality, low cost tours, and you are considering the possibility of touring some of the Baltic ports with DenRus. Although it is only October 2009, at this writing, and our 2010 website is currently under development, we have already hundreds of confirmed bookings for our Baltic ports in 2010, most of them to St. Petersburg, and the number of new bookings received is growing daily – so welcome aboard!
2010 Cruise Calendar: If you wish to check your ship’s 2010 Baltic itinerary, and the ports where DenRus is able to provide the local shore excursions, you may do so by clicking our Cruise Calendar link on the left side vertical menu list of this page.
2010 Shore Excursions and Prices: DenRus 2010 tours will be developed and published in stages, and the information shall be released on our website as soon as only all the facts and final prices have been announced. That means, as soon as the local museums, palaces, transportation companies, professional guides’ unions, international currency exchange levels, etc. have agreed and announced their new levels. So please, check our web pages periodically. Based on our experience of previous years, the final 2010 tour information should be finalized in December of the current year.
2010 Tour Selection: Our new DenRus tour selection will basically include all our 2009 tours, since years have proven them to be the best and most popular ones offered by any local company at any of the Baltic ports. However, our new selection will grow and includes many new tours.
Finally - Well, then, who are those hundreds of people, as mentioned above, who have already booked with us for 2010 without the final information? – They are people, most of them referrals by our earlier guests, who:
- wanted to purchase an established and existing DenRus tour already offered in 2009;
- wanted to pay in advance the 2009 prices, which are guaranteed for 2010, provided you book and pay in full, not later than the 31st of December, 2009;
- wanted to be certain that their special programs will not be sold out;
- wanted to make certain that they could request, and secure the services of one of our famous special guides (the earlier you book, the more availability the guides have in their working calendar);
- wanted to start the correspondence early, knowing that sometimes the development of an ideal private tour may take many, many roundtrip letters, lots of negotiating and honing of the details, and many months;
- knew, and wanted to take advantage of the fact, that the early booking DenRus price guarantee applies both to the group tours like “Complete St. Petersburg”, “Complete Berlin”, and also to the individual and tailor made tours like Custom Tours.
